Three’s a Crowd

October 19, 2015

This nursery scene was created using the smaller images included with Toy Clown and Toy Elephant by Creative Vision.  The clown was stamped first and masked, then the elephant on the right, and the left elephant was added by doing reverse stamping.

The images were then colored with Copic markers.  A blue glaze and brown gelly roll pen were used to highlight the stitching on the elephant and a purple glaze pen filled in the circles on the clown’s outfit.  The panel was cut using By Diezynes Pierced and Stitched Rectangles and matted on a piece of purple cardstock.  The background paper was cut and matted and then added on an A2 cardbase.  Craft twine was wrapped around the focal panel and mounted on the base along with a few Doodlebug sequins.  Some rhinestones were added to the eyes of the stuffed toys and a pearl was used for the clowns nose.
