Today, I am sharing a card made for this weeks Color Throwdown challenge. I stamped the stack of books from Tim Holtz’s Schoolhouse Blueprint set onto some Hammermill #100 cardstock and colored it with the Copic markers listed below the image. Once colored up they were fussy cut our and the edges blackened with a Memento Tuxedo Black marker.

Copic Markers YG03, YG23, YG25, V20, V25, BV08, G14, YG09, G19, E42, Y28, E84
Using a piece of white cardstock and MFT’s Blueprint #29 the panel was created to place all of my elements. I used the coffee rings from Tim Holtz’s Mini Muse set along with some second generation stamping using WPlus9 Coconut Husk ink. Next, My Favorite Things Periwinkle ink cube was taken directly to white cardstock and die cut it using My Favorite Things label one die. Three labels were picked from the die cuts and each word was stamped from the sentiment using archival black ink.
All elements were placed on the focal panel, which was then attached to a piece of black cardstock on top of a piece of Simon Says Stamp Khaki cardstock cut down for an A2 card.
Thanks for stopping by,
Great stamp for this challenge…love the coloring and design!!
