Cards

Flowers from Bamboo

July 19, 2015

I am going to do a few throw back cards over the next three weeks.  I am away from my crafting space and back on the East Coast to help my mother recover after surgery.  I can do the happy dance because she is recovering at a nice pace and there have been no major setbacks and she will be released from the hospital in the morning.  YAY!!!

The card I pulled out out of Splitcoast Gallery vault is the Crafter’s Companion stamp titled Flowers from Bamboo.  He is stamped with Memento’s Tuxedo Black ink and colored with Copic markers.  The sketch used for this card is Cardmakers Sketch #33.

Flowers Beary

Paper: Gina K Ocean Mist for Base, American Crafts Happy Silly Smiles for DP, Recollections Punchy Florals for Mats

Ink: Memento Black, Copics, Sakura Metallic Gelly Roll, Antique Linen and Pumice Stone Distress markers, Micron .05 green pen

Accessories: , Lifestyle Crafts Rectangle, Gold Glass Beads, multi-medium mat

I hope you enjoy and come back again.

Hope your mom is getting better everyday. Prayers your way! The card is adorable. I’m seeing alot more Asian inspired cards lately and all have been so awesome. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you Susan for the prayers and my mother is doing great. She is now able to move around so we have been able to get out of the house a couple of times so far.
