Happy Thanksgiving. This day is almost ready to be put in the history books and with that said we all know what is coming next. CHRISTMAS. Today I have a card to share that is not a design team creation. The first in a long while. The project is an A2 size card on a base of Bazzill Basics Card Shoppe Caramel Apple Cardstock. The images from My Favorite Things Santa Elves set are stamped using Memento Tuxedo Black ink on a piece of my favorite Copic Paper Hammermill #100. To create this project I had to decide what I wanted to be in the foreground, my tree or the presents. I chose the presents and stamped them first, masked them, and then stamped my tree over top. I then masked the tree and drew a small window off to the left using a Copic multi liner. Next, the images were colored using Copics markers (listed below). I punched a small circle of masking paper and placed it over the upper left corner of my window and then colored around it using Copics making sure to not go outside of my drawn in frame. To give the appearance of a wall I measured four lines and then colored inside of them. Hint-make sure not to color over pencil lines. If you do there is no getting them out when ready. Put a little color on the ground and stamped the sentiment in Red Geranium Archival ink.

Thank you Susan. What a wonderful way to end the year.
Love this design- and that you drew in the window, and the illusion of a room with leaving a border is very cool!
